Importing Content

Learn how to import your content from other services to Kibela. 

By using this feature, you will be able to smoothly import your content onto the Kibela platform. 

 

Importing content 

■ Importing notes with connected accounts 

To import content from other services to Kibela with the account name noted, the account name on the other service and Kibela must match

To see if the account names match, you can check before you start importing. 

If the names do not match, change the names so that they match before importing

In the case where the names do not match, the content will be imported under a new user account. 

This new account name will be named as “imported service user name + imported service name” (e.g. user_account-qiitateam). 

If you wish to merge the accounts, please email us support@kibe.la and the two user account names. 

 

■ Importing multiple times 

You cannot import the same content multiple times. 

If there are new contents from a previous import, only the new content will be imported. 

 

■ Import processing time

This will depend on the amount of content to be imported. 

It may take an entire day however, you will be able to use the Kibela service during this time. 

Once all content has been imported, an email notification will be sent to the admin.
